How many people does B207 sleep?
Up to six guests. The sleeping setup is one king bed and two queen beds.
Is the condo all on one level?
The living room, kitchen, one full bathroom, and private balcony are on the main level. Both bedrooms and the second full bathroom are upstairs.
Do guests need to use stairs?
Yes. Both bedrooms and one full bathroom are upstairs inside the condo. B207 is also on the second floor, and the building does not have an elevator.

Where is Shore Beats Work?
B207 is an oceanfront condo in Crescent Beach, St. Augustine, Florida. Historic downtown St. Augustine is a separate sightseeing outing from the beach.
Is B207 oceanfront?
Yes. B207 has a direct oceanfront setting, a private balcony, and Atlantic views.
How do guests reach the beach?
Guests have direct beach access through the Coquina complex.
Is there a pool?
Yes. Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool.
Is the pool heated?
No, the shared outdoor pool is not heated.
Does B207 have a washer and dryer?
B207 does not have an in-unit washer or dryer. Guests have access to Coquina's shared on-site laundry room, open 24/7, with eight washers and eight dryers. The machines accept card or mobile payment.
What other shared amenities are available?
Coquina also has a pickleball court, a basketball court, two gas grills, and a fish-cleaning station.
Does B207 have smart TVs and Wi-Fi?
Yes. Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms let you settle in for a movie after the beach. High-speed Wi-Fi is available in the condo.
Is parking available?
Yes. Guest parking is available. Please email before booking if your plans include more than one vehicle or a trailer so the current complex rules can be confirmed.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Assistance animals are handled separately under applicable requirements, so please email before booking if this affects your stay.

Check-in is after 3:00 pm, and checkout is before 10:00 am.

Does opening Lodgify make a reservation?
No. You can review the current quote and booking terms before deciding whether to complete a reservation.
